In the Northwest Junior Hockey League Friday, Sexsmith is in Fairview and Dawson Creek in Fort St. John.
Saturday, La Crete at the Wheat Kings, Fairview in Peace River and Beaverlodge in Sexsmith.
Those games all start at 8 p.m.
Sunday, La Crete in Fort St. John starts at 12:30 and Peace River in Sexsmith faces off at 2 p.m.
NPHL
There is one game in the North Peace Hockey League Friday, Fox Creek in Manning.
The Saturday schedule includes Dawson Creek in Spirit River, Fort St. John in Valleyview, High Prairie in Grande Prairie and Manning in Falher.
All these games will start at 8:30 p.m.
Wolves
The 2025 portion of the schedule starts for the Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves volleyball and basketball teams this weekend.
Volleyball is home to The King’s University Friday at 6 and 8 p.m. and Saturday at 1 and 3 p.m.
Basketball visits The King’s University on the same days at the same times.
Ski Hills
Nitehawk is open open Friday from 5:30 to 9:30, 11-5 Saturday and Sunday.
The Tube Zone will be open from 5-7 and 7:30-9:30 Friday, noon-2 and 2:30 to 4:30 Saturday and Sunday.
Whispering Pines Ski Hill is open Friday through Sunday from 10-4 p.m. The rental shop opens at 9 a.m.
Fairview Ski Hill is open from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays and 11-5 Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and no school days.
Misery Mountain is open from 4-9 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
Powder King is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays and Mondays and 9-3:30 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
