Alberta RCMP reporting 26 vehicle collisions in Western District during winter storm

Following yesterday’s winter storm, the Alberta RCMP are reporting they responded to almost 150 motor vehicle collisions January 16.

Twenty-six collisions were reported in the Western Alberta District, though only two resulted in any reported injuries at this time.

They are also stressing that travelling when it is advised not to can endanger not only yourself but others, including first responders.
