MD of Fairview releasing 2025 Assessment Notices

The Municipal District of Fairview is advising property owners that property assessment notices were released last week.

On Thursday March 20, the assessments were sent out via mail or email to property owners as registered at Alberta Land Titles Office as of March 15, 2025.

Anyone that became an owner after that date can obtain their assessment notice by contacting the Municipal Office.

Anyone with concerns about the assessment can fill out an online inquiry form with KCL Consulting Inc, or file a complaint with the Assessment Review Board by May 27.
