City hosting Youth Expo on Thursday

The city is hosting its Youth Career Discovery Expo on Thursday, May 8.

A city release says this will give young people an “opportunity to explore diverse career paths, discover educational opportunities and unlock their full potential.”

This is for anyone aged 14-30.

The city says exhibitors will come from the trades, industry, educational institutions and community organizations.

“The Youth Career Discovery Expo offers an incredible chance for local youth to explore education and career pathways and connect with potential employers.,” says Mayor Jackie Clayton in a release from city hall.
