Public Health Clinic moved temporarily

May 8, 2025 | 12:28 PM

Alberta Health Services says the Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic has temporarily moved to the QEII Ambulatory Care Centre until further notice.

Immunizations are being done out of the auditorium space in the QEII and plans are being developed to relocate other health programming normally offered in the provincial building to make sure services can resume as quickly as possible.

Public Health Clinic staff are reaching out to clients with existing immunization appointments to make sure they are aware of the relocation of services. Signage has been put up at the Grande Prairie Provincial Building.

The clinic has been moved from the provincial building after closing on April 30 due to “indoor air quality issues.”

Residents can reach the Grande Prairie Public Health Clinic by calling 780-513-7500.
