Jun 30, 2025 | 10:52 AM

Fort St. John RCMP have arrested three suspects in connection to a homicide investigation.

The investigation began June 24 after Mounties responded to reports of an assault in the 9900-block of 99 Avenue in Fort. St John and found an unresponsive person, later pronounced deceased.

Three suspects have now been arrested and charged with manslaughter.

The investigation was conducted by the Fort St John RCMP Frontline police officers, Fort St John Serious Crimes Unit, Fort St John RCMP Street Enforcement Team, BC RCMP North District General Investigations Section and the BC RCMP North District Major Crimes Unit.

Two suspects are to appear in court Monday, June 30, while a third is being held, to be brought before a judge for a bail hearing.

Fort St. John RCMP believe this to be an isolated incident and there is no additional threat to the public.
