Odyssey House announces collective impact initiative

Jul 21, 2025 | 10:58 AM

Local non-profit Odyssey House has began a new collective impact initiative to advance sustainable healing and systemic change.

Hope Grande Prairie will use the new collaborative data platform HopeHub to facilitate informed consent and secure data sharing among community service providers.

This aims to reduce the re-traumatization of clients, by not forcing them to repeat their stories across multiple systems, and to streamline the coordination of care.

By streamlining the coordination of care and providing a real-time view of the social landscape in Grande Prairie, the Hub allows service providers to align strategies and monitor collective outcomes.

Fourty-nine local partners have already begun using the platform, including the Grande Prairie RCMP, City and County of Grande Prairie FCSS, and the Grande Prairie Friendship Centre.

An official launch of the Hope Grande Prairie Initiative will be held August 14.
