City closing 110 Street for Ken Sargent House project August 11-24

The City of Grande Prairie is temporarily closing a section of 110 Street to accommodate work on the Ken Sargent House project.

The street will be closed from just north of the Great Northern Casino entrance to 109 Avenue.

Closing this section will allow crews to complete underground connections for the project.

While the road is closed, access to the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital and parkade is available from 109 Avenue.

The sidewalk along the east side of 110 Street will remain open as long as it is safe for the public to use.

The road will be closed August 11 to the 24, or until the work is complete.
