City conducting milling and overlay work along 132 Ave.

The City of Grande Prairie has begun milling and overlay work for 132 Avenue.

The work will stretch from 116 street to 103 street and is expected to take a few weeks.

Traffic is being managed with single lane alternating lanes throughout the project and only minor impacts are anticipated.

City officials say the work is expected to be complete before the school year begins, weather permitting, with final details like lane painting possibly being extended into September.
