Hythe residents asked to avoid a stretch of 101 Ave

A road excavation and sewer system repair project in Hythe got underway on Wednesday, Aug. 13.

The project, along 101 Ave, between 100 and 101 Street, is expected to take three weeks, and residents are asked to use alternative routes to avoid the area.

If residents need to access the area, they are asked to be cautious and not park near the ongoing construction.

No interruptions to water services are expected; however, the County says road closures may be needed.
