Sean brings a blend of strategic vision, deep community roots, and proven leadership that will be invaluable to the Foundation’s growth. His strengths in building sustainable funding models, engaging stakeholders, and stewarding donor relationships will ensure the Foundation continues to grow and deliver meaningful impact for healthcare in our region. Vickram Minhas, Chairperson of the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees.

Doerksen previously dedicated 19 years to Sunrise House Board and the GPRHF board is confident his expertise will guide the foundation well.

I am thrilled to be joining the Foundation. These are exciting times with the growing needs in our community and especially with construction having started on the new Ken Sargent House. I look forward to this challenge and to putting my leadership skills, experience and passion for community towards enhancing healthcare in this region.
