Terry Fox runs taking place in County of Grande Prairie schools

Some schools around the County of Grande Prairie will be taking part in the Terry Fox run over the next couple of days.

Motorists are asked to use caution, as large groups of children maneuver around sidewalks and streets to pay respects to a Canadian icon and his goal of ending cancer.

PWPSD’s site says both Whispering Ridge and Bearverlodge will host their runs today (Thursday, Sept 25), with Elmworth hosting theirs on Friday, September 26.
