Pirates even up NPHL semi with Athletics

Two goal efforts from both Dakota Mason and Trevor Mazurek powered the Falher Pirates past the Grande Prairie Athletics 5-2 in game two of their NPHL semi final series. 

Dallas Brochu also scored for the Pirates, who evened the best of seven series at one win each, with game three set for Tuesday night in Falher. 

Morgan Maclean and Mackenzie Caron would reply for the A’s. 

The other semi final sees Dawson Creek holding a 2-0 series lead after a 4-0 win in Manning.
