Unofficial election results for Birch Hills County

Unofficial results for the Birch Hills County council election have been shared.

Only two wards held an election; with Nelson Kitchen receiving 19 votes to edge out Karen Gulick’s 13, to win Ward 2.

John Sinkwich had 98 votes to claim Ward 4, surpassing both David Tshetter and Gerald Manzulenko.

All other wards were acclaimed:

• Ward 1 – Albert Poetker
• Ward 3 – Stephen Syncox
• Ward 5 – Mel Duvall
• Ward 6 – Tim Chandonnet
• Ward 7 – Karen Portelance
