Grande Prairie RCMP on scene of multi-vehicle collision

UPDATE: Grande Prairie RCMP say there were “no major or life-threatening injuries” in this crash.

The intersection of 102 Street and 100 Avenue is open again.

Grande Prairie RCMP say they have been called out to a collision at 102 Street and 100 Avenue.

Mounties say in a release sent out just after 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 2, that there are several vehicles involved.

Police say the intersection is closed until further notice.

Drivers are asked to avoid the area and use an alternate route.
