West Grande Prairie Regional Transfer Station reopened as full-time facility

The station has been closed since early August while it underwent upgrades.

Officials say these upgrades allow the station to operate full-time after first opening as a temporary transfer station in 2024.

The station is now open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday to Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.
