Wind warning issued for Peace Country

Environment Canada says the Peace Country is in for some gusty weather today (Nov. 10).

According to the national weather office, Grande Prairie and area is expected to get winds of up to 90km/h. The wind should die down by the afternoon.

Driving conditions may be difficult. Please make sure to secure loose objects outside to make sure they don’t fly away. Damage due to strong wind may occur.
