Break and Enter at Peace River business prompts public assistance

Dec 16, 2025 | 6:00 AM

Peace Regional RCMP are asking for the public’s help in identifying suspects involved in an alleged break and enter at a business in Peace River.

On December 10, 2025, just after midnight, Mounties received a call about suspicious activity in the area of 102 Ave in the town and a possible break and enter.

RCMP found a black 1996 Dodge Ram truck with a yellow stripe on the hood that had crashed into a guardrail along Pats Creek Road shortly after the report was made.

A search of the truck turned up multiple bags full of stolen items from the business that was broken into, including gift cards, donations, and silent auction items. The stolen items were returned to the business.

Mounties are asking for help in identifying the people involved in this incident and asking neighbouring businesses to check their surveillance footage to help with evidence gathering.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Anyone who can help can contact the Peace Regional RCMP by calling 780-624-6611.
