Four arrests made following Peace River B&E

Jan 20, 2026 | 7:13 AM

Peace Regional RCMP are providing an update on a break-and-enter from a Peace River business in early December.

On Dec. 10th, Mounties responded to a call about suspicious activity and a possible B&E near 102 Ave; shortly after, officers found a crashed black 1996 Dodge Ram near Pats Creek Road with stolen items still inside, but no suspects.

All items were recovered and returned to the business.

An investigation began, and four arrests were made between Dec. 10 and Jan. 14.

Three suspects were taken into custody on one count of break-and-enter each.

The fourth suspect was taken in on three new charges for failing to comply with a release order, and 16 warrants; two counts of assault, five counts of failure to attend court, two counts of misuse of a credit card, four counts of possession of property obtained by crime, and two counts of theft over $5,000.

Three court dates for this investigation have already taken place, with the last one set for Feb. 2 in Peace River.

At this time, Mounties say there are no further suspects.
