Mobile mammography unit making stops in Grande Cache and High Prairie in Feburary

Women at risk of developing breast cancer will have local access to mammography services later this month.

Alberta Health Services Screen Test is bringing a mobile mammography trailer to health centres in Grande Cache and High Prairie.

Screen Test is dedicated to improving access to cancer screening for women in Alberta communities where mammography is not readily available.

The mammography trailer will be stationed at the High Prairie Health Complex Feb. 2-6 and the Grande Cache Community Health Complex Feb. 7 and 9-12.
