Harpe to continue as board chair with Alberta Canola

Valhalla Centre farmer Andre Harpe will continue as the board chair with Alberta Canola.

He was re-elected at the organization’s annual general meeting on January 27 in Edmonton.

Worsley producer Chris Kamphuis is one of the new members of the board. He will replace Brownvale farmer Christi Friesen, who did not run again, as the Region 1 representative.

Directors are elected for three-year terms, but can be re-elected for two more terms.
