Evergreen Park holding East Coast Kitchen party Feb. 7

Evergreen Park is holding an event Saturday celebrating East Coast culture.

The East Coast Kitchen Party is a fundraising event for Evergreen that allows participants to enjoy traditional East Coast food and activities while listening to live music from the Derina Harvey Band.

During the event, local chefs will compete to create different East Coast meals, voted on by the customers.

The evening kicks off at the TARA centre at 6:00 p.m., with the band taking up their instruments at 8:00 p.m.
