UPDATE: Freezing fog advisory lifted for Grande Prairie

UPDATE: Environment Canada has lifted the freezing fog advisory issued for Grande Prairie.

Conditions are currently misty in the city and visibility may still be limited in some areas across the Peace.

A Yellow freezing fog advisory is in effect for Grande Prairie, Beaverlodge, Teepee Creek, and La Glace.

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is reporting patchy fog conditions near Grande Prairie and advising drivers to be prepared for sudden near-zero visibility.

The fog is expected to lift early in the afternoon.
