Peace River has joined the Wheat Kings in the second round of the Northwest Junior Hockey League playoffs.

The Navigators beat Dawson Creek 6-2 Wednesday night to complete a three-game sweep.

The other two series will resume Friday.

La Crete will be in Sexsmith. The Lumber Barons lead 2-0

Fort St. John travels to Fairview. Fort St. John leads that series 2-1

All four series in the North Peace Hockey League playoffs resume Thursday night, with Falher in Grande Prairie, Valleyview in Spirit River, High Prairie in Manning and Dawson Creek in Fort St. John.

All four games will start at 8:30.

The Grande Prairie-Falher and Spirit River-Valleyview series are each tied 1-1.
