Storm beat Devon in Sunday matinee

The Grande Prairie Storm won their lone game over the weekend.

The boys hosted the Devon on Sunday (Feb. 22) afternoon, beating the Xtreme 9-2. Grande Prairie’s Roghan Walker recorded his first AJHL hat trick in the landslide win.

Grande Prairie has clinched a playoff position and sits second in the AJHL’s North Division standings with 68 points, one point behind league leading Whitecourt.

The Storm’s next game is this Friday (Feb. 27) at home against the Lloydminster Bobcats. Puck drop is 6:00 p.m.
