Saddle Hills County launches Community Safety and Community Priorities Survey

Mar 3, 2026 | 12:29 PM

Saddle Hills County is inviting residents to take part in a survey that will help identify policing priorities.

The Community Safety and Community Priorities Survey is part of the RCMP’s Community Priorities plan.

Residents are encouraged to share their views on issues such as:

  • Rural break-ins and theft
  • Traffic safety and impaired driving
  • Suspicious activity
  • Youth and mental health concerns
  • Other local safety issues

“The goal is to ensure that policing priorities reflect what residents are actually experiencing,” said Reeve Gerry Richard. “We want to hear directly from the people who live and work here.”

The Survey will be available online or at the County administration office until March 31.
