Mar 5, 2026 | 4:22 PM

The province has confirmed an incident of a person infected with measles visiting a public setting in Fairview while infectious.

Individuals that visited Peace Diagnostics Imaging Fairview Feb. 25 from 1:40 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. may have been exposed.

Health officials say anyone potentially exposed and who has had fewer than two doses of the measles vaccine may be at risk of infection and should monitor for symptoms like a fever of 38.3 degrees Celsius, a cough, and a rash.

If symptoms do develop, individuals should stay at home and call the measles hot line at 1-844-944-3434 before visiting any health care provider.
