Speed limit for Hamlet of Hythe under potential reconsideration

County of Grande Prairie Council is considering changing the speed limits for the Hamlet of Hythe.

At their meeting Monday, council directed administration to gather information on possibly reducing the speed limit to 30 km/hr on all roads, except for the industrial area.

Administration will also investigate the potentials costs for changing the current speed limit signage.

The information will be presented to council during a future Committee of the Whole Meeting.
