Annual food truck inspections April 29

The City of Grande Prairie is hosting its annual food truck inspection day on Wednesday, April 29.

Food truck operators that scheduled an appointment in advance will be able to participate in this one-day event and receive a complimentary inspection to ensure they meet requirements under the safety codes act and AHS and fire department standards.

Once all inspections are completed, a business license will be issued, and the operator can open for the season.

Any operators that miss the deadline will need to contact Development Services to arrange an inspection.
