Gravel road bans lifted in County and City of Grande Prairie

The City and County of Grande Prairie have both lifted their gravel road bans from the spring melt season.

Effective today (Thursday, May 14), gravel roads are back at 100 percent axle weight loading, 24 hours per day, unless otherwise posted.

The city’s bans ended at 12:00 a.m.; the county’s ban was lifted at 10:00 a.m.
