Town of Peace River spring cleanup running May 19-22

The Town of Peace River is helping residents dispose of large items this week without having to go to the dump themselves.

From Tuesday, May 19, to Friday, May 22, Town crews will be picking up large items like furniture and appliances left out front of the homes of residential utility customers.

The town is limiting pickup to two items per household, a weight limit of 100 lbs for general items, and 200 lbs for items like fridges and other large appliances.

Items that were left out front Tuesday morning will be prioritized by town crews, while items brought out in the coming days have no guarantee of being picked up.
