Brewers host Huskies to open the WBL season

The 2026 Wheatbelt Baseball League season will start tonight (Wednesday, May 20). 

The County Brewers will host the Grimshaw Huskies. 

The first pitch will be at 7:15 p.m. at the County Sportsplex.  

The Brewers say on social media that this will be the 87th season for the Wheatbelt Baseball League.

Future Games

The Sexsmith Rainers open the season at home against the Brewers on May 25. Game time will be 7:00 p.m. 

The Peace River Stampeders open the season May 27 at home versus the Manning Mets. Game time will be 7:15 p.m. 

Sexsmith will visit  Rycroft on May 28. The Rage then visit Manning on May 29.  

The Brewers will visit Peace River on May 30.
