Breast cancer screening coming to Tangent June 9

Primary Care Alberta says the Screen Test program will be in Tangent this week. 

The Mobile Mammography Unit will be stationed at the Tangent Cultural Centre on Tuesday, June 9. 

PCA says that there is no charge for screening, but appointments must be booked ahead of time. 

Primary Care Alberta says mammograms “are the best way to find breast cancer early when treatment may work better.”
