Glass wins back-to-back Strathmore titles
The 2026 Strathmore Stampede has come to a close following an exciting weekend with capacity crowds and excellent racetrack conditions.
After the dust settled, it was Jason Glass who captured the Strathmore crown for the second year in a row. It was also his fourth time winning the same title.
Glass, with outriders Tyler DeSutter, Bodie Glass, and Trey MacGillivray, recorded a penalty-free run of 1:13.05 to secure the championship on Monday afternoon.
The WPCA says “It was also a milestone day for rookie outrider Bodie Glass, who celebrated the first show championship victory of his young professional career. The win added another memorable chapter to one of chuckwagon racing’s most storied families, with five generations of the Glass family now having celebrated major victories in the sport.”
