City crews paving Resources Road and 68 Avenue intersection Aug. 8-10

The City of Grande Prairie is set to begin paving work as part of their Resources Road rehabilitation project Saturday.

Crews will be working at the intersection of Resources Road and 68 Avenue for approximately three days, weather permitting.

The intersection will remain open during the work, but motorists should expect short-term traffic stops, temporary detours, and lane closures.

The city says drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes where possible.
