Sirens close out the 2026 rugby season with a win

The season ended on a winning note for the Grande Prairie Sirens women’s rugby team. 

The Sirens beat the Clan team from Edmonton 36-19 in the Edmonton Rugby Union’s Bowl Final.  

The game was played on Saturday, Aug. 8 in Edmonton at the Nor’westerns Athletics field. 

The Centaurs men’s team will be in Edmonton for a match with the Nor’westerns on Saturday, Aug. 15.
