Sewer flushing operations in DeBolt and Ridgevalley commence Sept. 23

The Municipal District of Greenview is conducting sewer flushing operations in DeBolt and Ridgevalley.

Starting Wednesday, Sept. 23, residents can expect to see a hydrovac truck operating in the area throughout this week and possibly next.

To help minimize any inconvenience, the MD is asking residents to keep their toilet lids closed when not in use, refill plumbing traps after flushing activities by pouring water into infrequently used floor drains and sinks, and ensure plumbing vent stacks are free of obstructions.

The MD is thanking the public for their patience while they complete this work to maintain the wastewater system.
