108th St. bridge pathway closed

Work is underway on the 108 Street bridges in Grande Prairie, and as a result, the pathway running underneath is closed.

City of Grande Prairie crews installed scaffolding and began repair and maintenance on the underside of the bridge on Monday, Oct. 5, with the work expected to last another two to three days.

The city did note that outside of work hours, the pathway will reopen. Residents are asked to use caution and follow all posted signage in the area.
