Recipients of Alberta’s 2026 Immigrant Impact Awards have been unveiled by the Ministry of Arts, Culture and Status of Women.

According to the province, the awards recognize the excellence and outstanding achievements of Albertans born outside of Canada who have made significant contributions to our province through professional accomplishments, entrepreneurship, innovation, charitable work, artistic expression and community leadership.

“Congratulations to the recipients of the 2026 Alberta Immigrant Impact Awards,” said Muhammad Yaseen, Minister of Multiculturalism.

“The success of these individuals demonstrates what’s possible when newcomers choose Alberta as the place to build a future for themselves and their families, while making meaningful contributions to the province we call home.”
