Beaverlodge RCMP arrest suspects in break-and-enter incidents
Beaverlodge RCMP have arrested two suspects connected to multiple break-and-enter incidents Monday, Oct. 26.
At approximately 3:07 a.m. Monday, RCMP responded to a call reporting a break-in in progress at an oil and gas site near Hythe, quickly locating two individuals who attempted to flee in a pickup truck before being arrested.
While on the scene, Mounties received a second complaint at another, nearby oil and gas site and determined the suspects were involved in both incidents and recovered a sizeable amount of stolen property.
As a result, the suspects are both facing two counts of break and enter and two counts of possession of stolen property, with one facing additional charges for failing to comply with probation and release orders.
