Whitecourt RCMP investigate bank robbery

Whitecourt RCMP are investigating an armed robbery at a bank in Whitecourt on 50th Street.

RCMP say “A lone male suspect entered the bank and approached the employee demanding cash. The suspect fled the store on foot after making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.”

The male suspect is described as;

•        Caucasian    
•        5’10 to 6′ in height 
•        Wearing a black toque and mitts
•        Camouflage style jacket
•        Black pants
