Charges laid after Peerless Lake death

A 22-year-old man from Peerless Lake has been arrested and charged in relation to a death in that community earlier this week.
 
Paul Trindle faces a second-degree murder charge and is scheduled to appear in court on July 25th. 
 
Red Earth Creek RCMP were called to a residence early Monday morning after a report of an injured man. 
 
25-year-old Jared Letendre was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS officials.
 
An autopsy determined his death was a homicide.
