RCMP investigate incident in Crystal Heights, people asked to avoid the area

Update: The Hold and Secure at I.V. Macklin and Holy Cross have been lifted.

(9:41 a.m.) RCMP are investigating an incident in the Crystal Heights neighbourhood and are asking the public to avoid the area.
 
Schools in the area have been put under hold and secure as a precaution, but RCMP do not believe there is any risk to the public.
