Dec 1, 2017 | 9:24 AM

Last month was the snowiest November in the last 10 years.

Grande Prairie saw 61 centimetres of snow in November, more than twice the amount of the 30-year average of 27 cm.

In November 2016, 23 cm’s of snow fell in the city and in 2015, we had 27 cm’s.

We came close to 60 cm’s of snow in 2013 with 55 cm’s and in 2014 with 57 cm’s.

And the last time we had over 60 cm’s of snow in November was 2006 when 62 cm’s of the white stuff fell.

The least snowy November in the past 20 years was in 2000 when we received just 7 cm’s all month.
