Canucks hold serve at home in NPHL Final

The Dawson Creek Canucks bounced back Wednesday night in the North Peace Hockey League Final.

They earned a 4-1 win in Game 3 of the series which they now lead 2-1.

Mackenzie Caron opened the scoring for the Athletics in the first period, but four unanswered goals lifted the Canucks to the win.

Kole Norris scored a pair for the Canucks, while Dolan Bjornson and Ryan Friesen also found the back of the net in Game 3.

The two clubs will now have some time off before returning to the ice for Game 4 which is scheduled for Saturday at the Coca-Cola Centre in Grande Prairie.

Puck drop is at 8:30 p.m.
