July 14, 1928 – July 16, 2020

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Irma Ardith McKenzie in Grande Prairie, AB on Thursday, July 16, 2020 at the age of 92 years.

Irma was predeceased by her brothers and their spouses; Aldred (Slim) Owre (Beatrice), Ben Owre (Elsie), and Irvin Owre (Mildred) and her sister Cora McLeod (Lloyd).

She is survived by her sister Ruby Huddleston, age 95, her sons; Merril Humphrey (Joy) of Calgary, Gary Humphrey (Partner Trish Sullivan) of Millet and Daryl McKenzie of Alberta Beach, daughter Sandra McKenzie (partner Calvin Wendt) of Grande Prairie.

Irma is also survived by her nine grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews and a wide circle of family and friends.

A Celebration of Life and interment of ashes will take place in Devon, Alberta at a date and time to be determined.
