June 2, 1967 – November 18, 2021

Joseph Stephen Dean, 54 of Grande Prairie, AB suddenly passed away on November 18, 2021. Born in Halifax, NS on June 2, 1967, he was the son of the late Clarence Dean and Margaret (Huntley) Kramer (Russell).

He will be forever missed by his wife Nancy (Hannam) and his stepdaughter Tamara Potter of Grande Prairie; his mother Margaret (Huntley) Kramer (Russell) of Vancouver Island, brother Clarence (Janice) of Lower East Chezzetcook, NS, sisters Christina (Wayne) of North River, NS, and Elizabeth, Edmonton, AB. Grandkids; Sophia, Jacob, Amelia and Jackson. Nephews and nieces Matthew, Ryan, Korey, Tara and Kayla, as well as numerous relatives and friends.

Joey was well known for his sense of humour, kindness, strength and truly was a one-of-a-kind person with a big heart. He always had a way of making people smile and laugh. He was the kind of person that would leave a lasting impression whether you knew him a short or long time. He had a passion for flying his RC planes, RC trucks, and driving a truck for a living as he had done for 25+ years. His grandkids are his biggest fans and if you had the pleasure of meeting Joey you knew he was theirs. He was a dedicated employee for Rev mechanical, a job and company and he loved and will be forever missed by many.
