James Marlin Romanoff, resident of Grande Prairie, AB, formerly of Beaverlodge, AB, passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019, in Grande Prairie, at the age of 53 years.
Marlin was born on April 7, 1965 and raised in Beaverlodge, AB. He spent many years working on drilling rigs. Most people will remember him for his guitar and musical entertainment around the campfire, his jokes and laughter, as well as his unsolicited advice. Most recently, he was employed by Canadian Tire in Grande Prairie.
He will be sadly missed by his children Aaron and Alicia Romanoff, mother Nadine Erikson, step-father Gerry Erikson, brother Darrin Romanoff, sister Norma Romanoff, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his father Ron, and his infant brother and sister.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019, at 2:00pm, at Albright Community Hall north of Beaverlodge.
Memorial donations may be made to the family to assist in alleviating expenses at this time.
