Born November 27, 1972, left us September 7, 2021

Stacey was born to Shaverna Gladue and Wilfred Belcourt in Beaverlodge, Alberta and suddenly left us at the young age of 48, near Baytree, Alberta.

It is very difficult to put Stacey’s life in a few words; there are so many stories and memories of his antics with his family and friends that are incredibly funny and heart-warming. One story is of the way he was able to sleep standing up or sitting on a stump. His ability to make people smile and his love of laughter will be forever in our memories. He was also well known for being straight forward, if he had something to say to anyone, he said it, regardless of hurt feelings or not.

Stacey enjoyed the outdoors, especially the mountains and being with as many friends and family quadding, fishing, hunting, partying, and laughing. Stacey was a life-long logger and enjoyed running processor, whom many said he was excellent at operating. Stacey played a huge role in many lives in his lifetime that will forever be remembered by us all.

Jared, Clarke, Dennis, Robert, Shane, and Kevin are a few of the many friends he loved and built a lifetime bond with. If you happened to see Stacey, he was with one or more of his best buddies. If we have missed naming his good friends, please know we are grateful for your love of our beloved partner, father, brother, and son.

Stacey is survived by his long-time love Ramona, his children Dustin, Kieron, Tristen, Kenley, and Dani, his adoptive parents Lorraine and Allan, siblings Warren, Tracey, Renee, Jessie, Cory, Cody, Nicky, Dusty, Jeffrey, Tyler, Lindsay, and Kaitlyn, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Stacey was predeceased by his parents Shaverna and Wilfred, sister Rhea, maternal grandparents

Judenais and Galena, paternal grandparents Florence and Leonard, and many other family members.

Rest easy Stacey and we will meet again.

Viewing will be on Wednesday September 15, 2021 from 5pm to 7 pm at Bear Creek Funeral Home 11802 99 Ave. Funeral Service will take place on Thursday September 16, 2021 at 11am at Bear Creek Funeral Home 11802 99 Ave.
