South Peace Regional Archives closed for Centre 2000 move Feb 1 – May 1

The South Peace Regional Archives will be closed starting February 1, while it is moved to its new location.

The archives are currently stored at the Grande Prairie Museum but will soon be at its new permanent home in Centre 2000.

The new location will add over 5,000 square feet to the archives, a dedicated reading room for researchers and volunteers, a meeting room, and a small exhibit space.

While the archives are closed during the move, they will not be accepting any donations or be able to complete research requests, but their digital archives will remain accessible.

The archives will be closed from February 1 to May 1.
